Buzzy and Vinny really ,robbed i don't think so look real close at what happened Vinny moved up the track and left the door open trickle drove his line on the inside he did not start below the white line when Vinny noticed him he drove him down the track and pushed him down im pretty sure trickle did not want to wreck so where was he supposed to go you are both racers can you answer that ?obvious isnt it and for him starting in the back he was driven up the track and spun by the yellow car he should have had his position back may bee ,may bee not but the bullring made the call and let him stay second sorry everyone hates because he is a top contender every week .Thats why this crap is up here on the message board for whiners that have nothing good to say about kids so the parents hide and write how they feel off emotions of there kid not winning. Little Trickle has a lot of character to be in winners circle and say the things he said congrats to Cameron and took it like a man. Oh yeah that was a big delay for them to announce the outcome knowing they finally made a decision to take the win away and give it to who else Staffords son who happened to be behind him. LOL what a joke and by rule trickle will get second place the rule is one position for every car passed below the line I would like that 9year old to keep doing what he is doing he sure is getting a lot of exposure oh yeah i am a trickle fan. Its you parents that make this stuff so crazy Racing is Racing get a grip if your kid was winning i dont think there would be any messages from the trickle family on here degrading your child oh yeah they leave tat stuff at the track THATS RACING.......

OK so maybe I'm not going to get into these topics anymore until i see the video but then again its done already we will see what happens next week and if anyone has a problem maybe Vinny and Chuck should talk about it i am guilty as well as others writing on this ridiculous forum for a fan who cares about racing its unfortunate that people bash kids on here i was just sticking up for Trickle in his defense and its not my business just like its not your business to say who was right and wrong about the Vinny and Chris show that occurred sat night that's what the track delegates oh well we all choose who we root for seems like a lot of drama circles the Bandos from the parents and it carries through to the kids no one mentioned the unsportsmanlike conduct of the other two Bandos flipping their finger at the 70 car does that carry over from the parents racing is supposed to be fun these are kids it was real clear who the stand up kid was who made the speech before leaving the track i guess that's why i am a fan.

Pacecar i dont know who you are but if you are a Trickle fan that is all good. Iam the father of the 911 bando Vinny Jr. My kid was pissed he wanted to talk with Joe from Racing 600 about the race. I dont get into this because this is just a group of kids having fun and should all be freinds. If Find Out That My Kid Is Give The Finger To Someone I Will Kick His Butt. Like I said we are out there to have fun. This would have been his 1st win so he was up set about the race and the call that Mike made. I told my son it is what it is and lets get it next time. I think me and Chuck are ok. Let I said this is about kids having fun and keeping them off the streets.

second off pace car if trickle didnt wanna wreck anyone maybe he should have given the position back like the rule states...not the first time he has done it wont be the last... and also if he didnt wanna hit him on the front stretch he sure wanted to hit him going into one so he could take the lead....

To all who seem to have a problem with voicing ones opinion. FYI - I don't know or care to know any of the Bando drivers or their parents. I just call them as I see them. Don't like opinions that differ from yours you better stop reading not just this site but almost everything unless you are the president of your own club!

Hello all, I have been following this and other posts and felt I would add some information that I have and see if it helps. As most know, this is my son's first year in racing. I have been teaching him that things happen and they do not always go the way you want. This past Saturday night was a perfect example of what I have been teaching him. The link below is to a video of the entire race from my biased taping of my son, Matt Emery in the 11 car. Because of this, some of the key answers are not 100% obvious, but the video may help clear up a few things. As I prepared the video for uploading, this is what I found. At 5:18, Trickle went outside of Cheyenne and spun. The video is not on them so you can not see if Cheyenne went up, but you do hear Chet say that she did. At the same time, the video clearly shows that Matt passed Cameron coming out of turn 3 prior to the yellow. So Matt should have been lined up in front of Cameron for the restart. It is my understanding that putting Trickle back to his 2nd position was a correct call for the restart (07:33 on the clock). Then at 0739, you will see Trickle dropping below the white line right at the entry to turn 1 for one second (:01) but does not pass before getting back up above the white line (7:41). Then they pass out of my video view as I followed my son. But at 07:42 both Trickle and Vinnie are on screen and you can clearly see that Trickle is above the white line and Vinnie is high and loose. (Agreed, for the :01 second that they are off screen, I can not say what happened between them) I hope this video helps settle it all. 209.200.251.129/racing/11-081410-Feature.html(give it time to buffer/download, it should start automatically) Now, my only "Gripe" is that after the full night of racing, and everyone was going home after the SLM race, Matthew was told to go to the tech barn to get his 2nd place trophy because of the decision of the tower to put Trickle to the rear for his Pass. All excited, he got his trophy and then the next day, we get an email informing us that Trickle was put back into 2nd and he is dropped to third. WHY did it take SO long to make a decision that is/was based on standard rules. While Matt was a bit upset, the first words out of his mouth when I told him he was bumped to 3rd was that he wants to give the 2nd place trophy to Chris next time we are at the track. This is the kind of sportsmanship that I believe all of us should try to instill into our children. And I think we all need to remember, that we are talking about 8, 9, 10 & 11 year old children that are on the track racing and remember that while they are on the track, we can not control their split second and in some/most cases very inexperienced actions. (no offence to those that have been out there a couple years) What we can do as parents is be sure to coach them on their mistakes and hope that when the same situation happens again, they react in a better fashion. I'm having fun, Matt is having a blast... I hope that all of the BANDO kids and parents are doing the same. I also want to take this time to publicly thank ALL the BANDO parents who have been quick to offer help with our car when Matt has spun and hit the wall. It is that kind of quick, friendly sportsmanship that makes me enjoy our weekends at the track. I hope that next year, I will be seasoned enough to be able to return my support to both those out there now and those new additions we will see in the future.

Well when my son Vinny Jr went to the tech barn they told him he finished third. So he got the third place trophy. This trophy we find out now belongs to your son Matt. We wont to give that trophy to Matt at the next race.

Crazy... Too bad the Bullring doesn't have transponder loops every few feet like a super speedway for them to "play back" We all have to accept that many calls are either missed or judgement calls. I know that everyone in the tower was watching the lead two cars when Trickle spun out and did not see anthing else happening on the track... I can accept that... it is just the bad official call at the end of the race concerning any penalty that was to be given... The rule is one spot for each position gained under the line... IF they believed he passed below the line, then it is a ONE Position call, not to the rear...
Thanks for the reply Vinny, BTW, we have not met yet, officially (have we?) ... I'll try to make that happen at the track next weekend.
