gotta give it up to the crew and driver of the #3 rockstar energy car that raced down in irwindale this weekend... dylan started outside row 3 but after first lap was up to 4th where he ran 2/3 of race befor the 44 roughed him up a lil and he fell back to fifth.
when your a rookie and ur running up with mike johnson, Nick Joanides, and rj johnson you are doing something pretty special

I agree, Dylan has been a front runner all year. He is running with the best of the class and beating a lot of the veterans. It won't be too long before he takes home a 1st place trophy. Its good to see him getting experience on the 1/2 mile at an early age.

When you race a super late model in the late models you should run up front. The kid kicks butt for sure! But he has an unfair advantage on the late model cars. Just my opinion.

first off I am not a Dylan K fan but if the car is passing tech as a late model and the team he is with know there stuff and believe me they do know what there doing how is that a unfair advantage.

Its real simple the car has better brakes better suspension and a lot more adjustability in the suspension than a late model. But here are the real facts the kid can drive anything and has proven it time and time again. So lets not cheapen tha fact he can wheel.

There is a driver out there just as good if not better and running in a quarter of the equipment and Bray dropped him like a hot potato when Dylan came along and his name is Jacob Bishop. When he was getting his car set up by Bray he ran up front as well. It's really to bad his parents don't have the money that Dylan has backing him.
Again just my opinion.

I'm sure the Bishop's would be very happy to see someone say kind words about their son but not at the expense of another child. Jacob and Dylan happen to be friends and have no issues with each other, but when stuff like this starts to fly it makes it difficult for there not to be some hurt feelings between the two boys. I know for a fact that the Bishop's helped guide Dylan and his family towards Chris Bray to get there stuff worked on, so please whatever beef you have with Bray please leave Jacob Bishop and his family out of it as I know there is no issue with Bray and the Bishop's.
Dylan is a very talented driver and so is Jacob Bishop lets just leave it at that.
Jacob has not been running races due to the fact his dad had not been working for a year and also the sponsor Jacob has only wants him to run the Bullring and he is not 16 yet so can not run as a super until Oct. Look for Jacob Bishop at the Open Comp this year as he will be running as a late model.

"running in a quater of the equipment" ?? seriously , have you seen that clapped out late model that dylan drives ? that thing has to be at least 15 years old . dylan can drive and jacob can too , end of story. it would be great if stafford would let the lates run and let the kids go for it , but thats not the case .we're just gonna have to see what happens at the open .

To funny!!!! Clapped out? ?? Then it 16 years newer than Jacob Bishop's hunk a junk. Jacob's car is built from a 1979 Chevy Nova. It's pretty much a charger car with a nice body on it. As Chris calls it "The Taxi Cab" Both cars are good cars and those two boys showed just how good they are and there cars are when they battled at Havasu months ago and finished 1-2. Both exellent drivers and most important friends on and off the track. One other thing Chris didnt drop Jacob Bishop, the Bishop's have not been back to Chris for anything because they are not racing. Please have your facts straight.
