How many lates or superlates would come back if LVMS required the use of the 970 tires at a cost less than $540 set. "No cutting or tampering of any kind"!
Get American Racing out of the Tire Barn!
Please put your name and car number.
Thanks

This is perfect!! Now we have an official list of all the cars that will be running in the back of the field. Thanks for starting this thread. That makes 5 "also-rans".

Sounds like u guys need to get a charger, the premier division needs to be on a premier division tire, not a charger tire. Nut up or shut up. Supers are dying everywhere, the money isn't there like it used to be, use you brain.Conners and Barton, ha ha, put them out in the infield and just watch them fight, that's all they were good for, atleast Taylor won races in a super late. Conners was the king of the super chargers!!! The best thing for the supers right now would be straight up starts, stop putting the backmarkers up front so they can crash the field!!!! You wanna start up front then earn it and qualify up front!!! Just the opinion of me, a racefan.

Anyone heard any rules for Supers? With 50 guys headed off to Willow Springs with REZZY, looks like they could just run some re-caps for the 3 guys left at the Bullring.

For the most part, I think most drivers are getting tired of the same old crap year after year, I think a turn of events is a good thing like the road racing. Yes I did complain about the motor issue, I believe they should let crate engines run. Anyways..... Looking at the schedule for this season, I see more drivers spending money on fuel and entry fees with the sunday races as well. The Super late model is the premier class and yes they do need to run a good fast tire...But with that said, I believe they should choose a economical tire that performs well and doesn't hit the wallet as hard. The fuel from the track is an issue to, I think they should change it to a 5 gallon rule. Sounds dumb but its a win win situation, You buy five gallons they win! you buy your own as well.. you win!!! As for the underdogs of the super class that do run midpack or tailend of the field....WHO CARES!!! Those racers are there for the same reason the top guys are. What happen to driver respect??? Not everyone can afford the top notch stuff like some of the teams, but everyone deserves a fair chance. The bullring driver mentality has changed destrastically in the past ten years. ITS A SATURDAY NIGHT HOBBY!!!!!!! Your suppose to go out have fun and race and drink beers with your competitors after the race. But it seems almost everyone has to look cool or be cool to get attention. Tone it down and have fun and realize your not going anywhere with it and your not going to make money at it.. and if you are, go race another series. ok back to the tires...the 970 is a good tire and does last a lot longer than the the hoosiers. Will it bring back some drivers??? hell yes it would!!

The track should switch over to 2040's... Oh but wait a second, there's ASA tracks down south that runs these (Havasu 95, Blythe), so we cant do that . By the way Havasu fielded 23 late models last weekend... Not a single bit of political bs down there, they just want racing.

This track shouldn't switch over it should just roll over and call it a day until someone who knows something about racing is in charge and has the "nuts" to run it as such.
