Why did all the SLM Bullring Drivers get their you know what handed to them. How embarrasing to have an out of town guy start last and steal the $10,000. Why is LVMS letting all the out of town cars have such a hugh advantage over all the locals that support the program all year? I would say that the local SLM class is just about over. How many local guys have given up with this B.S. I remember in years past it would be 25 local cars and about 10 out of town cars. Now it's the other way around. What a joke! Good luck with the car count in 2012.

Those SRL cars are so much faster, the # 26 just cruised around saving his tires until the break, knowing all he had to do was mat it and blow by every one. Chris Clyne did a great job, running smooth the whole race and never made a mistake. I say Thorn won the SRL and Clyne won the Super Late- split the purse.

Yes Clyne did a good job. But to be considered a "local guy" you have to run at least half the season and have a spec motor. Of course the spec motor is a thing of the past as well as the Super chassis. You need a Tour car with a tour engine to be competitive in what the Bullring calls Super Late Model. Thats the "new local guy". I wonder how many Local guys will buy a $35,000 to $40,000 tour engine to compete next year. Or how many tour guys will show up to race on a weekly basis?

I see Thorn got busted for cheating in the West race at Phoenix- I'm sure he was totally cheated up for the Open Comp, but our local tech guys would never catch it. Give Clyne all the money. PS- Don't call me Gippy- the name is Twerpy.
