Does anyone know if it is true that the #70 Chris Trickle was D.Q. for this weekend in orange show for a cheated up Carb? I heard the Carb belong to the #08 Bandolero!!! If this is true, When is 600 Racing going to start going through these Bandolero's. After hearing all this stuff on here about the cheating in Bandolero's, I dont think i want to get my kid into racing now.

I have not heard anything about the DQ, but the final results do show him in last place. To speak to whether the carb belonged to the #08 I cannot do that either, but I would be interested to see how things pan out here in Vegas this week. I know the #08 has a history of DQ's. I would expect the bandos to be teched quite closely this week. I wouldn't let it discourage you from racing though. Focus on the good results of the Vegas drivers at Orange Show, Jacob Tilton won the pole and finished 2nd, Patrick O'Hanley finished 4th and Kayli Barker 5th. Good results from the Vegas outlaw division drivers. There are also plenty of people playing by the rules, you just don't hear about them each week.

Good Job Jacob, Patrick and Kayli!!!!
I will withhold comment on the carb issue until I talk with the #08 team. Christian seems to have a unfair target on his back alot this year(and last) so I don't put much stock into this!
I know, let the hypocrite comments flow!!!!....lol.....But there was a confirmed DQ in the last instance and nothing here, just hearsea so far.....

Please don't let any of the things going on now affect your decision to let your son race a bando handyman. And yes Chuck is a very nice guy, he has been nothing but great with me and my family, from letting us park in his space at the bullring, invite us into his home, to letting us use one of his karts for my little son to race all season. As far as the history of DQ's, if you call 3 in 4 years a history, ok. 1st was clutch shoes which are inthe 600 case...worn not cheated up, anyone can see that, but to thin none the less, my fault, 2nd, my front end was 48 1/4" wide and wouldnt roll through the square, 1/4 inch to wide an overseance on my part yes, done on purpose, 1/4" not likely but it happened, 3rd, bottom gasket was cut out, everyone knew you cut out all the gaskets, even the spacer, until the rule came out that you cant cut the bottom gasket, saw the memo to late, my bad again, but it doesnt make the performance any more or less, my fault again. Yes it was my carb on that car and if something was wrong with it it's been wriong with it for the past 4 years when I purchased that way so why didn't North Carolina say something when they sent it back last year, or why haven't the techs here said anything everytime they teched the carbs when we where in the tech over the past 4 years, I don't know, wish they would have so we wouldn't have had this problem. I just hope all you people don't pass judgement on people unless you know them for who they are.

The #08 team has given us more help this year, and combined with a few other people have helped dramatically improve both our set-up and engine performance. Not one thing that was given us was even remotely questionable. Like he states above the infractions, small infractions mind you, were not big performance enhancers. If I am correct he has even employed help this year to ensure that the car is legal. They are not cheaters, and from my couple years experience with Chuck Trickle neither is he!
Christian for one reason or another seems to have a target on his back. I have every confidence going out on the track and competing against both the 70 and the 08 and not worry about them cheating.

Thanks, I think a D.Q. is a D.Q.. People should not pass judgement on anyone or less they know all the facts. I think there is way to much stuff that goes on with those bandoleros. I think i will stick with my Karts. LOL. I thought the bandoleros was a fun class for kids. The parents take it way to far as i can read on here. Everybody talk's bad about everybody and it is the kids that race the cars. Come on guys. Thanks, Hope to see you all soon when we are ready to make the move.
