Racers choice thats the new rumor for the night of fire apparently tech wanted to tear motors to crank and the drivers said no and tech went along with it .Does anyone know if this is true and if it is WOW.. someone please explain, Is this how tech works (lol)

I think tech usually gives the drivers a choice if they all agree- So if the top 5 all agree not to tear down, then they won't. Usually the drivers have a pretty good idea who may be fudging the rules, and if that guy is not in tech, why tear anyone down?

lol ofcouse they dont want there motors torn down...but if ur all legal why not? just a thought...

Even if a guy does his own work, just the new gaskets, seals oil etc will cost him a few hundred dollars. If he is paying an engine builder to do the work, it could be a few thousand.
