The Late Model Truck Series will return April 20, 2019
Today the new LMTS Truck Series draws from its early origins with innovations in short track racing. The LMTS Truck Series uses a full-tube chassis with a 330-horsepower sealed V-8 spec engine.
They have a two-speed direct drive transmission, with a clutch pedal dump valve coupled to an aluminum quick-change rear end.
The trucks sport replica fiberglass bodies of the Chevrolet S-10, Chevrolet Colorado, Dodge Dakota, Ford Ranger and Toyota Tacoma. Speeds can reach up to 150-mph at some of the larger tracks.
The Late Model Truck Series will run at the 3rd race at the Bullring at Las Vegas Motor Speedway on April 20, 2019 along with a full schedule of other divisions at the short track. For more information and the full 2019 season schedule, please visit www.LVMS.com/tracks/bullring
